What We Collect

If you call us about taking your panels off and putting them back, or a related job, we may write down your name, phone number, the job address, details about your solar system and roof, who your roofer is, where any insurance claim stands and anything else you tell us.

When you look around the website, some technical details may be picked up automatically, like the type of browser and device you use, which pages you visit and a rough location based on your IP address.

What We Use It For

We use your information to answer your questions, put quotes together, set dates with your roofer, prepare any write-ups you ask for and do the job.

We may also keep notes on calls and finished jobs, follow up about scheduling and use general website data to make our services and this site better.

Cookies

This website may use cookies or similar tools to see how people use it. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but some parts of the site might not work the same.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We only share what is needed to get your job done, with people like your roofer, an insurance adjuster if you ask us to, the leasing company on a leased system or a permit office if a permit is needed.

We may also share information with companies that help us run the business, or if the law requires it or it is needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Keeping It Safe

We take reasonable steps to keep your information protected. No way of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot promise total security.

Your Requests

You can ask us what personal information we have on you, ask us to fix it or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Just call the number below.
